Christ is the Cornerstone.
Everything we build begins with Jesus. He isn't an addition to the church—He is the foundation that gives everything else its place.
Our story
The name Fieldstone is more than a reference to something rural or rugged. It is a picture of how God works with what the world often discards.

WHY THE NAME: FIELDSTONE BAPTIST CHURCH
Fieldstones are natural, uncut stones that farmers frequently encounter while plowing their fields. At first, they seem like a nuisance—rough, uneven, and in the way.
Many are tossed aside and pile up at the edges of the field, seemingly useless. But over time, a wise farmer sees their value.
Though each stone is unique, fieldstones are incredibly strong and durable—perfect for building something that will last. Those once-unwanted stones become the very materials used to build the foundation of the farmer's home.
What looked discarded becomes part of something lasting.

THE CORNERSTONE
“The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the cornerstone: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes.”MATTHEW 21:42

His church. His work.
Our world often casts Christ aside, believing Him to be outdated or irrelevant. Even churches can be tempted to trade deep doctrinal preaching and meaningful relationships for something more polished but less rooted in truth.
At Fieldstone Baptist Church, we want something deeper. We embrace the rugged, unshakable truth of Scripture and the transforming power of Christ—our Cornerstone.
Like stones pushed to the margins, we believe God is building something lasting and beautiful from what others overlook.
WHAT WE WANT TO BE
Fieldstone isn't about pretending to be polished. It's about ordinary people being shaped by an extraordinary Savior.
Everything we build begins with Jesus. He isn't an addition to the church—He is the foundation that gives everything else its place.
We believe God's Word is worth opening, studying deeply, preaching faithfully, and living practically.
Fieldstones aren't identical. Neither are people. God meets us where we are and patiently shapes us by His grace.
Church is more than attending a service. It is people worshiping, learning, eating, laughing, praying, serving, and walking through life together.
Ordinary people.
We are building on Christ, with fieldstones in His hand—shaped by grace, fitted together by His purpose, and strong enough to weather every storm.
You don't need to arrive polished. You don't need to have everything figured out. Come meet a church family that is learning to follow Jesus together.
